How long will it take?
Standard electronic delivery of services is 5-7 business days for artwork and 6-10 weeks for websites after payment AND correspondence from the client is received.
What payments do you accept?
Cash or electronic payment via invoice. Personal checks are not accepted. No refund or exchange on services after a product is emailed or delivered.
How much do I have to pay to get started?
75% of the balance for screen printing, websites, and logo work must be paid upfront before service can be rendered. There are no refunds on deposits or installments.

Balance for artwork and design must be paid 50% in full before service is rendered.

What is the approval process?
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct and all content is error free from typo’s and missing information.

Customer will be allowed two revisions for artwork approval and website revisions. Any additional revisions necessary will be assessed a $25 revision fee
