Messaging Guidelines

Do

  • Emphasize durability and maintainability

Don't

  • Call things "beautiful" or "stunning" — say clear, effective, durable
  • Use buzzwords like "synergy," "disrupt," or "cutting-edge"
  • Position design as decoration; it's a structural tool
  • Overpromise — the tone is honest and grounded
  • Be casual to the point of being flippant
